Airport Transfer Pickup or Drop Off in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Airport-Pickup-Service-Dubai-Abu-dhabi

Getting from one airport to another city in the UAE shouldn’t feel like a second journey on top of the flight you just took. Whether you’re landing at Dubai International (DXB) and heading to Abu Dhabi, or touching down at Zayed International (AUH) and need to get to Dubai, we handle the drive so you don’t have to figure it out at the arrivals hall.

We provide professional Dubai airport transfer services running both shared rides and private transfers around the clock. Your price is locked in before you take off, your driver monitors your flight for delays, and your car takes you straight to your door. That means no watching a taxi meter climb, no unexpected fees, and zero hassle when you just want to get to bed after a long flight.

Seamless Transfers Between DXB Airport and Abu Dhabi City

The route from Dubai International Airport to Abu Dhabi is probably our most popular run. We pick you up from Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 at DXB, and take you directly to your address in Abu Dhabi.

You could technically take public transport, with bus connections from Al Ghubaiba or Ibn Battuta that eventually get you there. But if you’ve just stepped off a long flight with heavy luggage, traveling children, or an urgent business schedule, dealing with multiple bus connections and long wait times is the last thing you need. Booking a dedicated Dubai airport pickup straight to Abu Dhabi skips all of that.

Pickup Directions & Chauffeur Meeting Points at Dubai Terminals

For a smooth and punctual airport pick up in Dubai, simply send us your flight number, arrival terminal, and destination once you’ve booked. We keep an eye on your flight, so if it lands late, the driver adjusts without you needing to call or rebook anything.

Here’s exactly where your driver meets you at each DXB terminal:

  • Terminal 1: Arrivals hall, near the Costa Coffee opposite exit door 4
  • Terminal 2: Main arrivals exit, directly outside the luggage reclaim hall
  • Terminal 3: Arrivals level, near the meeting point area by exit gates 3 and 4

Before you land, we send you the driver’s name, phone number, vehicle details, and a photo or description so you know exactly who to look for. If you’ve got a trolley full of suitcases, a pushchair, or business equipment, the driver helps you load up right at the exit.

Some of the places we drop off most often in Abu Dhabi:

  1. Downtown Abu Dhabi and the Corniche
  2. Yas Island, including hotels near Yas Marina and the theme parks
  3. Saadiyat Island and the beach resort area
  4. Khalifa City, MBZ City, and Mussafah
  5. Al Reem Island and Al Raha Beach

We also cover private homes, apartments, offices, and pretty much anywhere accessible across the city. Your driver picks the fastest route based on your exact destination and current traffic conditions.

Reliable Airport Car Lift from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Dubai

If you are touching down at Zayed International Airport (AUH) and traveling to Dubai, we provide the exact same direct, door-to-door service in reverse. Our airport car lift from Abu Dhabi to Dubai gets you from AUH straight to your door, whether that’s a flat in Dubai Marina, a hotel in Downtown Dubai, a house in JVC, or an office in DIFC.

We cover all the main areas: Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown near Burj Khalifa, Business Bay, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jebel Ali, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, and everywhere in between.

The drive usually goes along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), depending on where you’re headed and how traffic is moving. Because our drivers run this corridor every day, they know exactly when to stay on the E11 for a quick Marina drop-off and when to switch over to the E311 to bypass rush hour bottlenecks heading into Deira.

At AUH, your driver meets you at the Arrivals hall meeting point on the ground floor, near the main exit by the taxi stand area. Just as with our DXB pickups, we send you your driver’s contact info, car model, and license plate number before your flight lands.

Direct Drop-Off to Dubai Hotels, Residences, and Business Hubs

The driver takes you to your hotel lobby, apartment entrance, villa gate, office tower, or wherever you need to be.

If you’re a business traveller heading to DIFC or Business Bay from AUH, you want to arrive ready for your meetings. If you’re a family with kids and bags heading to Palm Jumeirah, you want to get to the hotel, not the nearest main road.

Shared vs. Private Airport Car Lift: Choose Your Travel Style

Not everyone needs the same thing, so we offer both.

Shared car lift works well if you’re travelling solo or keeping costs down. You might share the ride with one or two other passengers heading in a similar direction. Because departure times adjust slightly to accommodate everyone’s arrival, this option is ideal if your schedule has a little flexibility.

Private transfer means the car is yours. A sedan or SUV picks you up, and you go straight to your destination. No stops, no waiting. This is the one to go for if you’re with family, have a lot of luggage, or want to get moving the moment you walk out of the terminal.

Either way, the price we quote includes fuel, Salik tolls in Dubai, and DARB tolls in Abu Dhabi. What we quote is what you pay.

Why Choose Our Intercity Airport Transfer Service?

You could land and queue up for a standard taxi at Dubai airport, but waiting in line and watching a meter tick up on an intercity journey adds unwanted stress. When you’re tired, unfamiliar with the area, or travelling with family, having a driver already waiting makes things much easier.

We watch your flight. You give us the flight number, and we track it. If there’s a delay, we adjust the pickup time.

The price doesn’t change. No surge pricing at midnight, no extra charges because it’s a holiday weekend. The quote is the quote.

Drivers who know the route. Licensed, background-checked, and fluent in English and Arabic. GPS tracking runs throughout the journey.

Ladies-only rides. Female driver or women-only car lift requests can be arranged. Just let us know when you book.

If you already use our car lift service from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for regular commutes, the airport pickup service works on the same principle: reliable, priced upfront, and designed to get you where you need to be.

Cancellations, Wait Times, and Payment

Cancellation policy. Cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup are charged a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full fare.

Maximum wait time. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at no extra cost, covering immigration and baggage collection. After 60 minutes, a waiting charge of AED 50 per additional 30 minutes applies. For delayed flights we track, the wait window resets from the updated landing time.

Accepted payment methods. Cash (AED), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the airport transfer between Dubai and Abu Dhabi take?

Most transfers take between 75 and 90 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Trips between border-side areas like Dubai Marina and Yas Island take closer to 60 or 70 minutes, while heading further into central districts like Deira or the Abu Dhabi Corniche can take up to two hours during peak traffic.

We track your flight using the number you give us at booking. If it lands late, the driver’s schedule shifts to match the updated arrival time. Nothing for you to do on your end: no rebooking, no phone calls from the plane.

They’re baked into the quote. Fuel, Salik in Dubai, DARB in Abu Dhabi. The number you agree to at booking is the number you pay at the end.

We run 24/7, all year. A 3 AM landing or a 5 AM departure doesn’t change anything on our side. Book the time you need, and we’ll have a driver there.
